Participant gift cards

I understand that research subjects' names are confidential and kept on record in the depts, but does this also go for participants? If participants receive a gift card stipend, should the CA ask for the names of the recipients?

The rules for justifications are different between human subjects and participants. You are expected to include a complete justification for participant expenses as you are not protecting their involvement in a study as a human subject.
