Hello!

Has anyone ever used 2 different F&A rates in a proposal? I am working on a USAID proposal for a Research Hub. Approximately half the funding will be used for administering the Center (managing an RFP process, managing projects administratively once awarded, and meeting sponsor expectations for reporting - which qualifies for 33% (Other Sponsored Activity). The other 50% will be awarded via the RFP process to both internal UMN researchers and eternal organizations. Can we use 54% (research rate) for the internal UMN projects?

I would suggest following up with SPA about handling to F&A rates if you have not done so yet.
