T32 - rental co-working space

I have a post-doc on a T32 grant who has found it impossible to productively work from home while caring for my young child.

They have decided to pay for a co-working space off-campus and was wondering if they could use their "Other Training Related" funds to pay for this cost?

I wasn't able to find anything on the T32 allowable expense for room rental.

Within the NIH Grants Policy Statement (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/policy/nihgps/nihgps.pdf), there is information about rental/leases on page IIA-89.  However, since the T32 grant for the post-doc routes through the University then it would be subject to our policies as well as NIH's applicable policies and regulations.  I mention this point because I believe you would need to contact the Real Estate Office about the general allowability for renting off-campus space.  I would start there first.
