Cost Share F&A?

Can anyone confirm that you can count the F&A on cost shared expenses as cost share? Example:

Cost Share:

Staff salary and fringe: $100

F&A on that cost: $33

Total committed cost share: $133

I need to find $80K cost share for a proposal so I am trying to capture every dollar I am allowed to.

It will depend on the RFP guidance - if it's not outlined in the RFP, I'd suggest reaching out to the program mgr at the sponsoring organization.
