Has anyone heard what the new salary cap is going to be? I can't find it on the NIH website.

According to the Executive Order signed by the President on December 28, 2018 the Executive Level II salary for 2019 has been frozen at the previous level:

Although NIH should eventually update their website, this annual Executive Order is the basis for the salary cap, so it appears that the cap will remain at $189,600 for 2019.
