HSA's pending CA approval

If is CA is not notified by the preparer that an HSA requires approval, is there a way to do some sort of query in PS to determine, by department or college, what is pending?

You can search for pending HSA's by DeptID either for the DeptID being credited or debited.  There is a good job aid for this on the tools and job aids page under the CACoP Cost Transfers section.

There is not a query that can pull collegiate information on what is pending.  You can also search all pending HSAs by leaving all fields blank and then sort by deptID.
