Can we use the ClinCard for Hotel, mileage, parking reimbursement?

The payment term in the Parental Permission form for one of the Clinical Trial as the following: 

You will be paid $75 per visit for their participation in this study ( up to $600 if all visits are completed). You will be reimbursed for travel costs, including hotel stays, and parking. All payments will be given directly to you as gift cards. 

Can we use ClinCard to pay hotel, mileage, parking expenses?
