Is Continuation of Coverage on GA plan (like COBRA) allowable on a grant? It is not regular insurance coverage so an active PS appointment is not needed. I think it is not allowable because their is no direct benefit to the grant.

The CoP subcommittee agrees that the continuation of the overage on the GA plan would be unallowable for the same reason you've indicated.
