A script that fails on the Fill command suggests something other than a software problem (ESRI or ACPF). Here are some things to try.
  • Open a new map document, add the necessary data, rerun the WASCOBs tool
    • I would suggest using a new map document for each ACPF Toolbox section. Map documents tend to get overfull and tired...use a new one
  • Reboot your computer
  • Make sure you are following the naming conventions suggested in the documentation
  • Examine the elevation inputs to the tool
  • A bit more drastic...copy the fgdb to another file location and try the tool.
  • Download and replace the ACPF Toolbox with the most current version
Let me know if this helps

Hi Dave,

WASCB basin tool (5d) failed again in a new map project using fresh download of ACPF toolbox from website.  It fails with or without the optional depth raster.   My computer is re-booted every night Monday – Friday.

WASCOB basins worked in ACPF toolbox for ArcMap 10.3.  This past spring, 10.8.1 was installed and I downloaded the most recent ACPF toolbox on the website.  I downloaded and installed the website version again last week and it still does not work.  As for naming files, with the exception of the optional depth raster, all names are auto-generated outputs from earlier steps in ACPF.

WASCOB basin has not worked since I switched to 10.8.1 even in new map projects (error attached).  I re-ran a successful WASCOB basins created in 10.3 ACPF toolbox in 10.8 and got the same error message.  All other tools have worked through the last step in Riparian Assessment.

Hello, I am currently having the same issue running this tool. Were you ever able to figure out what the issue was and how to solve it? Thanks in advance.
