Hi, I'm just trying out the two stage ditch tool for the first time and I'm not sure if I'm understanding the criteria used to pass or fail a stream segment based on the drainage area. Based on the documentation I would expect some segments at the beginning of the stream corridor to fail to meet the criteria if the upstream contributing drainage area is less than 0.5 square miles and then some segments after the drainage area exceeds 10 square miles. In between I would expect all of the segments to fall within that range and therefore pass the criteria for drainage area. However, what I'm seeing is a bunch of small segments that fail for meeting the drainage area criteria intermixed throughout. Am I misunderstanding how the tool works or is there something else going on? I am running ArcPro version 3.1.2 and Version 5 of the toolbox. The picture below shows the two stage ditch output with the RAP sections highlighted that failed for drainage area.
