The mechanism for extracting the soils through the utility utilizes a bounding box based on the extent of the watershed. For larger, diagonally shaped watersheds such as this one, our server encounters an issue that we have yet to determine the cause. We do have this on our list to continue to investigate. Until this gets resolved, the best action is to split the watershed into two parts, only for this utility, and run each part through the utility. You can then merge the two results back into one dataset to use within the toolbox.
We do apologize for this inconvenience. If you have other questions pertaining to this, please reach out.
