I have a large, multi-HUC12 watershed in an area beyond the extent of the generated data, thus, I'm using the utilities to extract the necessary data.

The Get NASS CDL by Year(s) function (u2) worked fine, but the Get ACPF Soils Data (u1) failed with the error message below.  I *THINK* the utility may be relying on the HUC12 reference being in the name (the utility refers to " HUC: pper_Sunflow").

So, first, is it possible to extract the ACPF soils data for multiple HUC12s?  If not, is it possible to combine the individual HUC12 soils data files?

And, as I'm (clearly) new to the ACPF world, can the actual analysis steps even be performed for multi-HUC12 watersheds, or does each HUC12 need to be performed separately?  I guess the answer to this question impacts whether the first questions are important or not!

Thanks, Darlene

There is a size limitation on using the Get ACPF Soils Data utility. You will need to download for each HUC12 separately and combine if you so choose.

The toolbox is set up to run on HUC12s, though anything larger can be run with some warnings. Some of the tools will take quite a bit of time to run. Also the tools look for the HUC12 at the end of the geodatabase and feature classes. When running on larger, you will need to end your files with a 12 digit number. Tools will fail if this is not the case. Based on your information below, the tools will surely fail with your naming convention.
