wsCDL raster extent problem

ArcGIS Desktop 10.5.1. After running the "Get NASS CDL By Years" tool, I'm running into a problem with the extent of the raster. It is not lining up with the buffered boundary (see attached screenshot). The coordinate systems are all the same. Thoughts?

This issue has been fixed after switching to ArcGIS Pro 2.7.0
