Riparian Function Table Error

I am attempting to run the Riparian Function Assessment V3 tool and receiving the following failed result:

Riparian Function Assessment [000000_12301899]

Output Riparian Function table: <empty>

There are no further messages detailing the error. I have entered the appropriate StreamReach input and reworked the other inputs, so I cannot figure out where the error is occurring. Any help would be appreciated.

Can  you provide some additional information? What does your ACPF fgdb look like? Version of ArcGIS?
