Create Riparian Attribute Polygon error

Hello, I'm getting an error when attempting run the Create Riparian Attribute Polygons tool. I'm running ArcGIS desktop 10.8.1 and using ACPF V4. It looks as though the error is when it attempts the buffer. Error message attached. I did do a search in the forum but didn't get any hits. Thank you in advance.
