Field Boundary Layer Incomplete

Hi there,

We are currently working on downloading field boundary layers using ACPF. We recently ran into an issue where a watershed that splits between two counties has an incomplete field boundary layer. The southern portion of the watershed contains field boundaries but the northern portion of the watershed which is in our county does not have any field boundaries. There are other watersheds that we used that split the county line, and those did not have that same problem. Are there any ways to get around this or ideas as to what can be done on our end?
