Hi,
I feel like I remember reading somewhere that there is a limit to the size of the HUC12 that should be run using ACPF. But I can't find that information in the manual now. Should a large HUC12 be split?
thanks!

Hmm. I've never run into that issue with a single HUC12. In fact, I often merge multiple HUC12s into 1 GDB and process them together.  I know I've successfully ran 2-4 HUC12s as one model. What are the memory specs on your computer? And how long has it been since you cleared out your Temp directory? Select and delete the files in C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Temp with all ESRI software closed. Oftentimes that fills up with GB of data and hinders your computer's performance/throws memory erros. Andy

Oh, and if you're in Windows Explorer and  can't see the "App Data" directory in your profile, navigate to the View menu and make sure the "Hidden items" checkbox is checked under the "Show/Hide". Sometimes IT depts will designate the App Data directory as a hidden location.
