How to get the ACPF version 4?

ACPF version get updated to version 7, which works in ArcGIS Pro and not in ArcGIS. I am using ArcGIS 10.5, How I can get compatible version of ACPF to work with it in ArcGIS 10.5.
https://acpf4watersheds.org/toolbox/ here I can see only the latest version of ACPF version 7, where I can get older version which works with ArcGIS 10.5.

or there is any way to convert .atbx to .tbx?

I can get you a version of the toolbox that works with Desktop, no guarantees that it will work. Let me look around.
