Defining Field Boundaries for New ACPF Core Data

Hello,

I am working on a project team in eastern North Carolina that would like to incorporate ACPF results into their work. As such, I am following the Utilities section of the User Manual v. 6 to establish a core data set for a few HUC 12 watersheds. 

I am wondering where to draw the boundaries for the agricultural fields. Is it necessary to draw parcels for each field where it appears the crop type changes (even should the field be continuous)? I have attached a few photos demonstrating this situation. Please let me know if that makes sense.
