Depression identification error

I get the following error when running the 4a Depression Identification tool...ant suggestions? I have tried starting over, using my DEM as a .img, and more.

We can never recommend using data that are outside the ACPF fgdb. We also strongly encourage using the ACPF naming conventions. Please provide a listing of the tool inputs.

It's difficult to interpret the error message without some understanding of the structure in your file geo-database. Could you take a screenshot of the catalog listing of this watersheds fgdb?
