Create Riparian Attribute Polygons

Greetings,

I am new to ACPF and have been tasked with running all HUC12s within a HUC8 watershed. I got through three headwater HUC12s with no issues. I am processing a HUC12 that these three flow into and I am receiving this error message when running the RAP tool. 

Any thoughts on what could be happening?

Hi Michael, 

Try to disable background processing:

 (Geoprocessing > Geoprocessing option > uncheck enable option)

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I have tried this and I receive the same error.

I am looking at what outputs exist from the tool in the scratch.gdb and I have found these gaps in the "cbuffLEFT" feature class (see photo) where stream reaches confluence. Could this be a reason the error is occurring (Invalid Topology [undetected intersection])? If so, what's a work around?
