My name is Sebe Dlamini, and I’m reaching out to introduce myself as one of the North America Advanced Professional Degree (APD) recruiters.
We’re currently looking to connect with students who are interested in learning more about consulting and potentially pursuing a career at McKinsey. We have several upcoming virtual events and would greatly appreciate it if you could share these opportunities with your applicable student population. For context, APD represents candidates who are postdocs or those working toward, or who have completed, advanced degrees including PhD, MD (including medical interns, residents, and fellows), JD, PharmD, Nursing, and non-MBA Master’s degrees. APDs typically join us as full-time associates. For non-MBA Master’s candidates, eligibility requires at least four years between the completion of their undergraduate and graduate degrees. If a non-MBA Master’s candidate does not meet this requirement, they may instead qualify for our Business Analyst position.
