The George Washington University Mathematics department has its 5th Annual Conference on Applied Mathematics.  Please forward the following conference information to your department list serves:

The information of our conference is as follows:
The GWU Student Chapter of SIAM is organizing a one-day miniconference ’The GWU Student Chapter of SIAM: 5th Annual Conference on Applied Mathematics: Emerging Trends in Data Science and Deep Learning – Spring 2024’. The purpose of the conference is to encourage interdisciplinary research and collaboration in applied and computational math and stimulate the exchange of new ideas. The conference will run from 9 am to 4 pm on April 13, 2024, and it will be held at the GWU main campus. Each talk is expected to be about 30 minutes long. Food will be provided. The attendees are expected to be a mix of professors, postdocs, and students.
