Dear Prof. Balan,

 

I am looking to support a postdoc at NIST in Boulder in applied math. The project would help with the development of a standard reference material for dielectric constant and loss tangent using split cylinder and Fabry Perot resonators.

 

I thought you might be able to help me find current postdocs or graduate students wrapping up that might be interested in the opportunity.
