This message is regarding 2024 Summer KAI-X Research Internship Program by KAI-X of KAIST in Korea.

KAIST Advanced Institute for Science-X(KAI-X) holds 2024 Summer KAI-X Research Internship Program! 

Students interested in the field of natural science including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Brain&Cognitive Science, and Medical Science are invited to participate in this program as follows: 

▶Eligibility : Overseas undergraduate students(3rd/4th year) and graduate students(master course) in the field of natural science including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Brain&Cognitive Science, and Medical Science 

▶Internship Period : June 24 ~ August 16 (8 weeks)

▶Application

- Application Period : from Feb 1 to Mar 31, 2024 24:00(Seoul Time, UTC+9)

- Required documents : Application form, an essay(activity plan), a proof of enrollment, an official transcript and a letter of recommendation

- How to apply: email to KAI-X (ka...@kaist.ac.kr)

▶Selection : If chosen, you will be allocated to one laboratory from the three preferences you have indicated, where you will engage in research activities throughout the internship period. Individual notifications regarding the selection outcome will be conveyed within four weeks after the application deadline.

▶Support : The permissible support encompasses the actual expenses for round-trip airfare, with a maximum limit of 1 million KRW, and dormitory costs, which should not exceed 500,000 KRW.
