Subject: Senior Staff Scientist Position in Bioinformatics at CEITEC

Dear colleagues and friends,

I hope you’re all doing well and enjoying the summer.

I’m writing because we are currently recruiting a Senior Researcher / Staff Scientist to join my Bioinformatics Core Facility at CEITEC in Brno. We have recently been successful in securing several major European projects focused on building the European infrastructure for secure sharing and federated analysis of omics data. As part of this work, we are also developing modern data management platforms that integrate AI and agentic AI technologies to support data discovery, analysis, and research workflows, and we’re now looking for an experienced colleague to help drive these activities.
