Dear All,
Project BioGeMT (Bioinformatics for Genomics in Malta) is hiring early stage researchers in Bioinformatics. We're looking for motivated and driven candidates with a strong coding background in Python and/or R. This interdisciplinary research field offers a unique opportunity to apply your skills in a meaningful way.
The selected candidate must be living in Malta for the period of employment. The post is for an initial period of 1-year, renewable yearly for up to 4 years or until the end of the project. The remuneration per annum inclusive of any cost-of-living adjustment shall start at €25,709 (RSO I) or €28,829 (RSO II). {non-negotiable based on uni rules}
The successful candidate may be offered to continue their studies in fields related to the project at the MSc or PhD level. Candidates must upload their covering letter, curriculum vitae, and certificates and contact details of at least two referees by not later than Thursday, 25th January 2024.
