Registrations Open: BioGeMT Summer School 2026

Unlock the future of life sciences at the BioGeMT Summer School, taking place from September 22–25, 2026, at the University of Malta’s Valletta Campus. This year’s intensive four-day programme focuses on AI/ML Applications in Bioinformatics, bridging theoretical foundations with vital hands-on skills in cutting-edge areas like foundation models for biology, explainable AI, and agentic systems. Notably, the curriculum includes dedicated sessions on modern approaches to protein structure and function inspired by AlphaFold and beyond. Featuring experts from the University of Malta and the Max Delbrück Center in Berlin, the event also includes a networking dinner and concludes with the BioGeMT Symposium. Secure your spot before registration closes on September 14, 2026. A basic understanding of Python is recommended to get the most out of the practical workshops!
