The European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) is a unique international organisation for life sciences that Malta joined in 2016. In its current scientific Programme “Molecules to Ecosystems” EMBL is expanding opportunities for member state engagement. EMBL’s unique Advanced Mobile Laboratory is currently visiting the University of Malta as part of this initiative. On this occasion, Director of EMBL Heidelberg and incoming Interim EMBL DG Peer Bork will give a presentation on EMBL, its missions, the opportunities to connect, and EMBL’s flagship TRaversing European Coastlines (TREC) project. Join us for this engaging talk and discussion on Monday, 24 March from 09:00 -10:00 in NALR, Biomedical Science Building.
