The deadline for entries has now closed for YWIN and U14/U17 OIQ. Confirmed teams can be found
here. For any teams who have missed the entry deadline and still wish to enter a team please contact us URGENTLY at
eve...@ukultimate.com and we may be able to help get you entered.
Additionally, any teams that think they have been assigned to the incorrect U14/U17 qualifying event, please contact us immediately.Important AnnouncementsWe are expecting our Youth Events In November to once again be quite busy!
As a result, we’re asking everyone to help out the event staff by following a few rules:
- The sports hall/rubbercrumb floor must be completely clear of all clothing and equipment. This INCLUDES water bottles UNLESS they are standing upright and not between any of the pitches. We suggest:
- Bringing a bag / container that can be carried by coach/spectator/subs for water bottles.
- Deciding jersey colours well before your game and NOT bringing spare clothing pitchside.
- Spectators must be standing and at least 1 metres away from the pitches. Where possible, spectators must watch games from the available viewing areas to maximise the amount of space for the teams who are playing
- Absolutely NO sitting down anywhere in the sports hall/rubbercrumb.
- Do not throw frisbees anywhere in the sports centre outside of the sports hall.
- Do not bring food or hot drinks into the sports hall/onto the rubbercrumb.
- Space for bags and belongings will be at a premium at these events so please be sensible about where your teams are leaving these.
The schedules for these events is also likely to be quite busy so if you think that you may need a late start (e.g. you absolutely will not be able to play at 9am), please tell us NOW! If you have any questions or concerns, please contact
eve...@ukultimate.com.
