In case you missed it, this is our first update on the 2025 Outdoor season, and will hopefully help clubs and players with their planning.
<< Please read the following notes alongside viewing the attached image >>
Dates and venues listed below remain provisional until definitively confirmed in the Events Calendar. We do not expect these dates to change but sometimes events outside our control can force our hand.
Nationals will be 30-31 August at Highfields, Uni of Nottingham.- Nationals will be the UKU qualification event to WFDF 2026 World Ultimate Club Championships.
- A National Qualification event will go ahead in the Women’s division, regardless of the number of teams, on the same weekend as Regionals in the Mixed and Open divisions. This is to provide all possible teams with certainty for their planning.
- The Division 2 event in Mixed, Open & Women’s, subject to demand, will take place on the same weekend as Nationals, venue TBD.
- UKU Tour Rankings will be updated and published throughout the season.
There will be UKU Tour Champion at the end of the season in Mixed, Women’s and the Open divisions.- Seedings at UKU Tour events will be primarily, but not exclusively based on UKU Rankings.
- More details will follow in the coming weeks.
UKU Masters Nationals, 5-6 July, will be the UKU qualification competition for WFDF 2026 World Masters Ultimate Club Championships (to be hosted in the UK). - We intend that UKU Masters Nationals will be reinstated as an annual event.
There is an ongoing consultation about whether to put U20 Outdoors (OW) on a different date to the U17 & U14 divisions.- So the U20 division(s) may move to a different date.
We await confirmation of the dates for EUF EMUC (Masters) and EUF EYUC (U20), but we are optimistic that these will not adversely affect our dates.<< Please see the attached image or view it here
