UKU Club Nationals 2026 Live Scoring Volunteer Form

UKU Club Nationals 2026 is taking place on Sept 5-6 2026 at Highfields Sports Complex in Nottingham and we are looking for volunteers to help with live scoring during the event.

If your team is playing at Nationals and you have any injured players/spectators/non-playing team members who would be interested/willing to help submit live scores (and stats) for your team throughout the games this weekend, please could you ask them to complete this form: https://forms.gle/cnZ8VE6kW4zDK2is5 

We will brief everyone on how this works and all they need is a smartphone and a small amount of data. Even if you are only able to do a couple of games, this will be really helpful for us!

Volunteers who are not part of a team are also very welcome to come and help with scorekeeping!

UKU will provide a small thank you gift for anyone who helps out during the weekend!

Don't worry if you haven't done live scoring before, it is quite easy to learn. You can find a training video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=egzyX7E76Vw&t=13s (we will be doing online scoring, we will not be using paper).

We will not be able to provide transport or accommodation for volunteers for this tournament so please make sure you have somewhere to stay and can get to and from the fields both days if you are not local.
