Ladies, gents, & others of the Coastal List: We are recruiting two Lecturers* to work on our growing MSc Renewable Energy programme at the University of Hull (hull.ac.uk/energymsc). These are open-ended "permanent" roles.
It's a broad, multidisciplinary, course that covers environmental and (to some extent) social issues as well as technical - it's not an engineering programme. Exactly what it includes will of course be shaped in the future by who we recruit.
We have close links to Aura (
https://aura-innovation.co.uk/), and through them to local industry - especially offshore wind, for which the Humber region is a major hub. We are part of the Aura CDT programme for offshore wind PhDs. Through our colleagues in Engineering we are connected to the Supergen ORE network, and we also enjoy strong links with our colleagues in Marine Science.
We're open to applications from a wide range of backgrounds & disciplines, not just physical scientists and engineers. If your work touches upon or is relevant to renewable energy, we'd like to talk to you!
