Genwest Systems is recruiting for a GIS Technical Architecture Specialist in support of NOAA’s Office of Response and Restoration (OR&R) based in either Seattle, WA (Preferred), Silver Spring, MD, or Charleston, SC. This position will support NOAA to:

• Modernize OR&R’s spatial data infrastructure,
• Configure enterprise-level spatial databases, and
• Develop tools to enhance emergency disaster response capabilities and the Environmental Sensitivity Index (ESI) framework.

The position will remain open until filled, with priority given to applications received by July 15, 2026.
