Special Issue "Offshore Geotechnical Engineering" in Journal of Ocean Engineering and Marine Energy

We are glad to announce that Journal of Ocean Engineering and Marine Energy is going to support a special issue "Offshore Geotechnical Engineering". We are looking for high-quality papers that contribute to current practice, offer new insights and present innovative solutions to the challenges associated with offshore geotechnical engineering. Topics to be covered in this special issue may include but not are limited to:

• constitutive modeling of marine geo-materials
  
• offshore site characterization
• offshore foundation
• Offshore pipeline geotechnics
  
• offshore geohazards
• offshore land reclamation

Submission of manuscript will be open until 26th June 2024. The special issue will be co-edited by Prof. Zhaofeng Li (Harbin Institute of Technology, lizha...@hit.edu.cn), Prof. Jinhui Lisa Li (Harbin Institute of Technology, jinh...@hit.edu.cn) and Prof. Dong-Sheng Jeng (Griffith University, d.j...@griffith.edu.au). Journal of Ocean Engineering and Marine Energy is now receiving an impact factor of 1.9 and emerging science citation index by Web of Science. It is a Transformative Journal (TJ). Once the article is accepted for publication, authors will have the option to choose their article to be published in a traditional publishing model or open access.
