Call for Abstracts! YCSEC-A 2023

We invite you to submit an abstract to the 9th Young Coastal Scientists and Engineers Conference – America, YCSECA. The conference will be 10-12 August 2023 (Thurs – Sat), hosted on the shore of Lake Mendota in Madison, WI, USA at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The abstract submission deadline is 23 June 2023.

sponsors, we can offer low registration cost ($250 USD), which covers all conference
fees, meals during the conference, and accommodation for three nights!
Who can/should
attend?
If you are an undergraduate, graduate, or post-doctoral researcher, or at an
early stage in your career within industry, government, or consulting, and your
work is related to coastal or nearshore science and/or engineering, no
matter if you are just getting started on a project or are days away from
defending your Ph.D. dissertation, this is the conference for you! The
goal of YCSECA is to connect students, early-career scientists, and some senior
level scientists in an informal setting, and to foster networking opportunities.
