PhD position in coastal geomorphology and remote sensing

I am looking for a PhD student for Fall 2024

The goal of the project is to determine of the resilience of salt marshes by coupling remote sensing data (Landsat, Sentinel, ALOS, SWOT) and high-resolution numerical models (Delft3D and ROMS). This project is funded by NASA and will take place along the US eastern shore, from Massachusetts to Georgia, and will include datasets from two NSF-LTER stations: VCR LTER https://www.vcrlter.virginia.edu/home2/ and Plum Island LTER https://pie-lter.ecosystems.mbl.edu/welcome-plum-island-ecosystems-lter
