Save the date & survey: CIRN Week 5-9 April 2027 in Utrecht, the Netherlands

Dear Coastal List Colleagues,

The Coastal Imaging Research Network (CIRN) is hosting CIRN Week 5-9 April 2027 at Utrecht University in the Netherlands! CIRN is an international group of researchers and practitioners from government agencies, private industry, and academia interested in gaining quantitative and actionable data from coastal imagery and remote sensing, such as video monitoring systems, satellites, drones and LiDAR. The collaborative week is intended for novices as well as experts. The week will be dedicated to showcasing innovative research using coastal imaging systems and tools utilizing remotely sensed observations. There will be time for collaboration, group discussion, and learning. All attendees, especially students, are encouraged to present in this informal environment. The CoastSnap workshop will also be part of the CIRN week.

 

Participants can attend one, some, or all events at no cost. A limited virtual option will also be available.
