Baird has a new opportunity on our team: Traveling Coastal Engineer – Canada or U.S. Based

This role is based in Canada or the U.S. and involves leading coastal engineering projects across the Caribbean. The position requires travel of up to 75% to client sites, where the successful candidate will provide on-the-ground leadership in delivering shoreline protection, coastal resilience, and marine infrastructure projects.

We’re looking for someone with:

• A degree in coastal, civil, ocean, or environmental engineering (Master’s preferred)

• Active P.Eng in Canada / P.E. in the U.S.

• 8+ years of experience in coastal engineering and project management

• A  background in coastal processes, modeling, and shoreline protection

• Willingness and enthusiasm to travel extensively and work in varied settings
