We're excited to announce that the Australasian Young Coastal Scientists and Engineers Conference (AusYCSEC) will be back this year over 29th September – 1st October 2025.
Abstracts are currently open with a submission deadline of 18th July. Click here to view the themes for 2025 and submit your abstract.
AusYCSEC aims to connect, foster and showcase the next generation of coastal scientists and engineers across Australasia. If you are a student, early career researcher or young professional, we strongly encourage you to submit an abstract. We also encourage those at all levels of their career to join and network with like-minded individuals as well as see the exciting work being done by the next generation in our coastal community.
The conference will again have a hybrid format this year, with participants able to join either:
- Virtually, with free registration
- In person at one of our local hubs across Australia and New Zealand
- In person at our central hub in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
