The Department of Civil Engineering of KU Leuven (University of Leuven, Belgium) is opening a full-time academic position (professorship) in the domain of coastal and offshore hydrodynamics.

Depending on the qualifications and academic experience, appointment can be as assistant professor or in one of the grades of the senior academic staff: associate professor, professor or full professor. In principle, junior profiles are appointed as assistant professor (tenure track) for a period of 5 years. After this period and a positive evaluation, they are permanently appointed as an associate professor.
