Dear Friend,

Have you ever thought about getting involved in local government, weren’t sure how to start?

San Diego County, the City of San Diego and the State of California are looking for community members like you to serve on a local and statewide boards and commissions. These positions shape real policy and make sure government works for the people.

There is no better time than now to step up and get involved to help strengthen your community through your leadership on a board or commission.

That’s why I’m inviting you to join our upcoming webinar: Appointments 101 — Building Pathways to Public Leadership. You’ll hear directly from experts about the appointments process and walk away with the tools you need to apply for the board or commission that’s right for you.
