Hi

I'm trying to run through the browndye tutorial and whilst everything has worked up until the simulation step, nam_simulation fails with a segfault.

I've tested precompiled binaries from 22-12-12 and 23-04-28, and compiled my own binaries. I double checked that the listed requirements were installed and I was wondering if this was a known issue and whether a workaround was available.

Alternatively, if there were options to get more information I'd be keen to run and report

Many thanks

Ben

Hi, Ben,

My apologies for the very late reply.  I ran the system in examples/thrombin, on my Ubuntu Linux, and it completed with no problem.  What operating system are you using?  I'm happy to try it on whatever you are using and try to track down the problem.

Gary

Hi Gary

I repeated the tutorial with the release from yesterday and I no longer see the segfault. Thanks for offering to investigate.

My system is WSL with ubuntu 22.04, running on windows 11.

Best wishes

Ben
