Hey there,

So, I ran the tutorial example of thrombin, and then wanted to visualize the trajectories.
When calling the command

vtf_trajectory -traj trajectory.xml > trajectory.vtf

as suggested in the tutorial, I get the following error

vtf_trajectory: unknown option '-traj'.
Outputs trajectory in VTF format for viewing with VMD. Receives, through standard input, the output of process_trajectories.
-pqr output trajectory of PQR files
-help  Display this list of options
--help  Display this list of options

Might this be a bug?

It also creates a file, which is empty.

best

Hi, Jakob,

Yes, I recently got rid of the -traj option and now the trajectory.xml file comes in through standard input:

vtf_trajectory < trajectory.xml > trajectory.vtf

I'll check the documentation to make sure that it is consistent.

Gary
