OHSU is seeking applicants for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor position. They are interested in outstanding candidates working in basic and/or translational research in host–microbe interactions and immunology, with a strong emphasis on molecular approaches that advance our understanding of disease mechanisms.

Areas of interest include (but are not limited to):

• Basic molecular and cell biology of pathogenic microbes
• Microbial pathogenesis
• Host immune responses to pathogens
• Chemical and lipid biology
• Drug development at the host–pathogen interface
• Cancer–microbe interactions
