Dear Colleagues,

We would like to share with you the new professional development opportunity for undergraduate and graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and junior faculty members interested in extracellular vesicle (EV) research: the American Association of Extracellular Vesicles (AAEV) has launched Vesicle Vibe, a new monthly virtual seminar series focused on career development and research in the EV field. This initiative represents AAEV’s newest effort to enhance networking and educational opportunities within the research community. All sessions take place via Zoom in a supportive environment designed specifically for early-career researchers.

Vesicle Vibe features two complementary formats:

1. Expert Fireside Chats: Established EV research experts share their professional journeys and discuss how their experiences shaped their career paths and research programs. These interactive sessions include a 35-minute moderated conversation followed by a 15-minute Q&A period.

2. Junior Vesicle Vibe: Alternating monthly with the fireside chats, these sessions showcase the research of graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, or junior faculty with a 30-minute presentation followed by a 20-minute Q&A session.

We are excited to announce our upcoming Fireside Chat on Zoom with Dr. Raghu Kalluri on May 14th, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM Central Time. Dr. Raghu Kalluri (https://faculty.mdanderson.org/profiles/raghu_kalluri.html) is a Professor and Chairman of the Cancer Biology Department at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, in Houston, TX.

For any questions, please reach out to vesic...@aaev.org.

Please find the attached promotional poster. We hope you will join our efforts to share this information in your respective institution.

Thank you for helping us promote this new initiative and we look forward to welcoming you at the upcoming Vesicle Vibe seminar series!

Best regards,

--
