In collaboration with the UCSD IGM Genomics Center, we will be offering two hands-on lab training workshops, where you will have access to recently released kits in our NEBNext portfolio of
products. Based on your availability, you can either join us to get hands on experience on one or both workflows:

About NEBNext UltraExpress™ RNA Library Prep Kit
We developed a new protocol that allows users to easily generate robust RNA-seq libraries from a variety of sample types in a single day from 25-250 ng of total RNA. Compatible with existing polyA enrichment or rRNA depletion kits, this new workflow has reduced
preparation time substantially, while still generating high-quality libraries and sequencing metrics. Benefits include:

About NEBNext UltraExpress™ FS DNA Library Prep Kit
We developed these DNA kits to address the growing need for faster, easier, and automatable protocols that perform reliably to generate high-quality libraries.

NEB will provide all the samples and reagents needed for successful library preparation, helpful troubleshooting tips, and post-library prep quality control analysis.
The DNA workshop will begin with intact high quality gDNA. The RNA workshop will use NEBNext Ribodepletion kit as an upstream of library prep.
Following the completion of the workshop, participants will be able to request NEBNext UltraExpress™ sample kits.
NEB will provide breakfast and lunch on both days.
Attendance will be limited for each workshop.
