The UC San Diego Sanford Stem Cell Institute
(SSCI) Symposium returns this Thursday, Oct. 15, and Friday, Oct. 16, with two days of scintillating sessions illuminating the latest breakthroughs in regenerative medicine.
The event is hosted by SSCI Director Catriona Jamieson, MD, PhD,
professor and chief of regenerative medicine at the university’s School of Medicine.

Registration is now open for UC San
Diego faculty, staff, students and trainees. It remains open to all individuals outside UC San Diego who wish to attend.

Call for Poster Abstracts
|
|
SSCI is requesting abstracts for recent work
on stem cell- and regenerative medicine-related projects for our symposium. Poster submissions are now open. Authors of selected abstracts will present their work at the symposium Oct. 15 via oral blitz talks or poster presentations. Prizes will be awarded
to the top submissions.
Entries are due by 5 p.m. PT on Friday,
Aug. 21. Late entries will not be accepted.
