DESCRIPTION
Under supervision, the incumbent will participate in neuroanatomical analysis of MRI scans for large-scale, multi-site neuroimaging studies at the Center of Multimodal Imaging and Genetics (CMIG). This includes, but is not limited to, the review of MRI images for data quality for the Adolescent Brain Cognitive Development (ABCD) study. The incumbent will assist project coordinators and lab staff in data transfer, database entry and maintenance, and MRI image processing. The primary responsibility will be detailed neuroanatomic image analysis involving the review of raw and analyzed image volumes, the application of Linux-based software to image volumes, and manual interaction with image volumes as required. Secondary responsibilities include assistance in maintaining database entry of sensitive data related to research participants and the image analysis results; assistance in data integrity evaluation and correction in database applications. Occasional participation in the collection of structural and functional MRI data may also be required.
