Mandatory THEA 50 enrollment meeting - TOMORROW:
- Mandatory first class meeting: Wednesday, October 2, 9-10:00 AM, Theater Arts Mainstage (TA 100).
- Required schedules are announced and lab enrollment signups happen at the meeting.
- See information about the course, including the unusual TWO-PART enrollment process described in the Theater Arts Undergraduate Handbook, HERE.

FALL 2024 IMPORTANT UPCOMING DATES
- Fall enrollment ADD/DROP/SWAP deadline: Wed, Oct 16
- Winter 2025 ENROLLMENT PREP WEEK: Thur-Wed, Nov 7–13
- On the first day of Enrollment Prep Week (formerly called Advising Week), the Winter Schedule of Classes Class Search will be available. You will also be able to see your winter enrollment dates in your MyUCSC portal and put classes in your shopping cart.
- This is an ideal time to meet with advisors to update your academic plan and discuss enrollment/class selection questions before enrollment opens following Enrollment Prep Week.
- Schedule appointments with academic advisors through Navigate Slug Success.
- Instruction Ends: Fri, Dec 6
- Finals week: Mon–Fri, Dec 9–13
- Holidays observed (no classes; administrative offices closed):
- Nov. 11–Veterans Day
- Nov. 28-29–Thanksgiving Holidays
- Dec. 24, 25, 31; Jan. 1–Winter Holidays

The 2024 Festival of Monsters, hosted by the UC Santa Cruz Center for Monster Studies, headed by Center Director Michael "Doc" Chemers, explores the way monsters and tropes of monstrosity pervade our culture.
